Do Anything For You

Book of Poetry

I think you are too nice to me.
It’s not the night,
It’s not the day
I’ve been waiting,
I’ve been asking,
Do anything for you,
I’m just waiting for the feeling
It’s a waste of time waiting,
I think you are too nice to me
And I’m too afraid to leave my heart of the things that I’ve done.
It’s not the night,
Oh it’s not the day
You leave me crying,
I’m living for your love
It’s too late,
It’s not the day, I’m coming home
It’s a waste of time
A waste of my life waiting
Do anything for you,
Lying by the fire,
I heard our bodies calling

Types of Poetry Which You May Not Have Heard About

Poetry and Tea

There are in fact several different kinds of poetry accessible now. Some poetry forms are far more formal than others. You likely know the most frequent types, like haiku, sonnet and limerick.

Within this column I will provide you descriptions of different types of poetry which you might be unfamiliar with and provide links to other resources that describe every sort of poetry in greater detail. These kinds of poems may consist of anything from a simple selection of words to a poem with intricate design. Some examples of these types of poems are:

The poem above is a favorite example of a poem that does not have any words at all in it. The beauty of the piece is at the arrangement of the poetry itself. The very first verse is the introduction, the second verse is about the end of the main plot, and ultimately, the third verse gives the reader a summary of what that was discussed at the second and third verses.

These are simply two of their most common types of poems in life today. I am sure that if you’re thinking of writing your own poem, you’ll soon develop quite some of them.

Some individuals have even written their own poems based on the types of poems that you’ve read here. For instance, if you are interested in knowing more about the haikus which you may have seen, visit”hanoi haikus” and also find out more about how to write haiku poems.

I encourage you to explore the types of poetry that are readily available to you. They can help you find inspiration to your own works. Just be sure to be careful once you choose a poem and to always take a look at the poem’s arrangement before submitting it.

When you’re composing a poem, ensure it is original. You don’t want to steal someone else’s notion. If your writing is based from an older poem, or even a poem that you have read in a publication, it may be possible that you won’t need to use the original name and it will still be considered original.

Though you might have found a few poems that seem like they fit your specific style, you always need to give every poem another shot. In this manner, you can make sure you aren’t plagiarizing other people’s work.

There are many new types of poems being released every day that you might not have even heard about. Keep your eyes open and you may find some that you like.
